Hi all

As part of a project I'm currently working on I wanted to make an easy to use and nice looking UI for text entry fields. I didn't want the user to have to use a stylus so wanted an on screen keyboard large enough to sensibly use. I took some cues from the way the iPhone on screen keyboard works and here is the end result...

If people are interested then I'll make the source code available as an example?

Thanks

Richard

Very nice

Can this be extended to use landscape, and easily set up for multiple alphabets, this would help loads :) :)

Thanks guys :D

I've written the code so it is easily modified. Doing an automatic switch between portait and landscape mode would be simple to implement and a different keyboard layout is very very easy to do :)

Cheers

Richard

Hi Guys

The installer for the application can be downloaded at
http://www.appware.co.uk/static/mobile/bigkb/setup.exe

and the source (zipped up) can be downloaded from
http://www.appware.co.uk/static/mobile/ ... kb.fbp.zip

If you use the code for anything then I'd appreciate a mention and if you have any questions then just ask!

Hope this helps

Richard
