I was looking at the calculator tutorial and wondering why there are "faces" and "numbers" resources. Couldn't you just incorporate them into the background image?

You could put some of the faces stuff as part of the background, but then you wouldn't be able to get the button push animations. And anything that appears and disappears in the white box should have a separate resource. That's where the numbers resource and the remainder of the faces resource come in.
