FBA it's designed mainly for PocketPCs, most of them haven't vibro motors.
Actually i don't know if there's is a standard for vibro functions, i'll check on microsoft SDKs.

Is there a way to trigger the vibro-motor programmatically, in order to provide tactile feedback to the user? |

There's no documentation about that, and as I understand, support is unlikely becouse that kind of features (ie. vibro) are not widely available. Leaving my mind running wild... I see a magic include("ext.device.fba") to dinamically load extended functionality but only the author can answer if such mechanism exists or will be in the future.
