Hello,
I know the clock function exists, but I don't know how to determinate the date of the day. Is there any way to perform it?
Thanks very much.
Patrick

Well, you can't do it using the Lua function os.date(). But you might be able to use the sockets functionality to grab it off of some website.

I really hope there's an easier way, though.

Ok, thanks for your immediate reply: You are both very reactive!
I 've no other solution to wait a new version with a date() function, because my soft has to work without connection with the net: It's to be used in flight by pilots... so, it's impossible to grab it off of some website.
Thanks
Patrick
