For some strange reason, the emulator crashes when I have this image in my resources. As soon as I try to run project, I get the Windows error report message. When I close out of it, I get an FBA message that the .dat couldn't be created. This even happens in a project that only has this as a resource and an empty onmainloop() function.

I've checked to make sure that there are no transparent pixels in the image, and the name is lowercase (if that is even still a problem). Can someone tell me what's wrong with this image?

I found same problem with .dat packing, sometimes it crashed while packing a particular image..
But i couldn't reproduce this problem while developing FBA..
Can you send me the original image file which crashes FBA?
Then, for temporary fix, you could try to open your image with a paint program, paste it to a new image, and save the new png...
It could work...
Thanks!

That is the image that crashes FBA for me.

Once I pasted it into a new image in another program (and changed the eyes to make them stand out more) it worked.

In case it helps, the problem with this image happened in both *.91 and *.109.

Ok thanks, it looks like a bug inside libpng library, used by FBA to pack images.
I'll check for a bugfix :)

I uploaded a new version (0.2.0.110); it should be fixed from now.
Thanks for your tests.
