Don't sure, if it's a bug, but I think, it must be described.
The help window "ontop" function IS very useful, but.. when this window is restored and I've tried to open project in FBA, the "Open" dialog box become an active window. And if it's onscreen position comply with the help window, it's become hidden below the help window. The help window "freezes". I think, I still can select something in a dialog box "blindfold", because Escape key releases the situation (cancelling opening).
It's works allright, when the help window minimized, or moved aside.

When you open the about dialog from menu while the helpscreen is opened; the "About FBA" hides behind the Helpscreen and you can't close or minmize neither the Helpscreen nor the Aboutbox. Closing the Helpscreen with Taskmanager also closes the FBA-IDE.

Opened Helpscreen (Covers the IDE) and then opening the About FBA from the Help Menu of the IDE:
You can't see or acsee the Aboutbox, and you can't close or minimize the Helpscreen.
Closing the FBA Help with Taskmanager also closes the FBA IDE.
